'Rock'N'Roll Exposed' (2011) es una serie documental (montada posteriormente para su comercialización como una sola pieza) dirigida por Don Letts que repasa la carrera del fotógrafo Bob Gruen a través de entrevistas y algunas de sus icónicas imágenes de las figuras musicales de los 60s, 70s y 80s como Ike & Tina Turner, The Who, The Clash, Ramones, New York Dolls, Sex Pistols, Rolling Stones, etcétera. El abundante archivo de Gruen es imprescindible para revisitar aquella época inciática de música rompedora y negocio emergente de la contracultura.
Don Letts, primero conocido por regentar una tienda de moda y pinchar música reggae para los punks en el Roxy londinense, luego integrante de algunas bandas entre otras ocupaciones, se ha reconvertido con el tiempo en un interesante documentalista revisionista de la cultura popular.

Don Letts, first known for running a fashion store and Djing reggae music for the punk crowd at the London Roxy, later a member of some bands among other things, has become a very interesting popular culture revisionist documentary filmmaker.
