Patti & Judy

Patti Palladin and model and multidisciplinary artist Judy Nylon recorded in 1977 a couple of songs in Patti's flat that would be published under the name Snatch. This earned them some attention and allowed the release of some other singles at a time, that of the then incipient punk, in which under the premise of "do it yourself" and in the name of fun and amateurism their experiment found some public. Those home 4-track recordings were compiled and restored in 1983 for an album. They also recorded with such different characters as Brian Eno or Chris Spedding. Patti had her greatest moment of glory when she recorded along the popular infamous Johnny Thunders an iconic cover versions album, 'Copycats'. Judy made her own album, 'Pal Judy' (produced in 1982 by Adrian Sherwood), which served her to join John Cale during an European tour. Since then a handful of sporadic appearances and collaborations and a cult status in the world of alternative music.
